New Orleans Jazz Band - Genuine, Classic Jazz
Straight from the streets of the Big Easy, JMO's soulful New Orleans jazz band brings you all the greatness of that classic New Orleans sound. That piercing horn, a sweet jazz melody, those soft vocals that swing into a raucous party - locals know that this is what's at the heart of great music. JMO's New Orleans jazz band is steeped in local history and tradition, and offers this authentic sound for gatherings of every sort.
Trios, quarters, full band, or even just solo piano are available and can be customized to your event. Whatever the size, the band blends dixieland, rhythm and blues, and classics from Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Big Al Hirt, Fats Domino, Pete Fountain, and jazz contemporaries such as Kermit Ruffins, Jeremy Davenport, and Irvin Mayfield. In addition to requests, you'll hear classic tunes such as:
